The trek is moderately demanding but does not require any technical ability or particular skills, it is only necessary to be trained to walk in the mountains with a distance that can reach a maximum of 15km (always also take into consideration the positive difference in altitude of the daily stages which can vary from 800 to 1100m). The trails are maintained in an exemplary way, perhaps the TMB is the trek with the best maintained trails in the world! It is important to take into consideration that you will have to walk with your backpack throughout the trek so rational use of space is essential to keep the weight as low as possible.
