Trail Running in the Alps

Trail Running in the Alps with Local Guide
Trail running is the perfect union between mountain exploration and the rhythm of running. For those who love both, few experiences are more rewarding. The sense of freedom, energy, and connection with nature is truly unique.
Running at altitude is a different game than sea-level running—more demanding, but incredibly fulfilling. Trail running means moving through alpine terrain with elevation gain, technical trails, and ever-changing landscapes. For this reason, some mountain experience is important. You should already be familiar with your own physical limits, have run on trails before, and feel comfortable in variable terrain. Based on your fitness level, preferences, and goals, we’ll design a tailor-made trail running experience just for you. Pace and intensity will always be adapted to your needs. Our goal is to create a healthy, fun, and safe experience where you can enjoy the mountains while pushing your limits—at your own speed.
Below you’ll find some sample routes, but the possibilities are endless. Don’t hesitate to reach out for custom options—we’ll work together to create the perfect plan for you. Because trail running is an endurance sport, this activity is best suited for those with some prior experience in mountain running or athletic training.
Transportation and equipment
You don’t need a car to enjoy a trail running adventure in the Alps. We offer transportation from the Turin area, included in the price of your experience. If you’re coming from Milan, it’s just a one-hour train ride to Turin, where we can meet you in the city center and head straight to the mountains together. Let us know your travel needs, and we’ll take care of the logistics to make everything smooth and stress-free.
Each trail running proposal includes a suggested gear list. If you’re missing something, equipment rental is available—just reach out and we’ll help you get everything you need.
